OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Microshield Coating warranty on glass coating cover car exterior paint if damange occur from contaminations such as environmental dust, tree sap, bird droppings, environmental chemical , bug, tars, Microshield Coating will assess the damage and customer need to meet our warranty guidelines. Our warranty if maintain in warranty period it can not be transfer to other people name.

Period Of Cover

Microshield Coating provides warranty on their glass coating as per coating package purchased by customer. In order to cover this warranty, customer agree to have the coating maintenance inspection schedule as per our dealer’s recommended schedule. IF the customer doesn’t meet the dealers’ recommended inspection schedule then warranty period will be limit to 6 months only. After 6 months the warranty will be terminated.

  • Warranty cover starts from the day invoice is issued.
  • Only passenger vehicle will be cover under warranty. Commercial vehicles of any kind will not covered.
  • In an unfortunate event such as accident, the vehicle must need reapplication the glass coating within 30 days. Reapplication fee will be pass to its owner.
  • Regular care and cleaning is necessary and the vehicle should be cleaned at the time of incident. Regular car washing is highly reccommended and encouraged.
  • Dealer’s recommendation inspection schedule is required to maintain warranty which will include washing exterior and decontamination.

Exclusions

  1. Pre-existing damage to the painted surface.
  2. Damage resulting from neglect, failure to follow proper maintenance procedures.
  3. Damage caused by vandalism, collision, fire, stone abrasions, theft, objects striking a vehicle,
    impact or collisions damange, damage caused by misuse of the vehicle, flaking, cracking, chips,
    scratches or similar damage, manufacture defects.
  4. Where the owner has deemed to have been careless, negligent or fails to maintain the
    exterior coated surface in the correct manner.
  5. Damage to the coated surface by incorrect manual wash techniques, automatic car washes,
    brushes or contaminated wash tools that may cause abrasion, or damage caused by a third
    party not authorized by Microshield Coating.
  6. Swirl marks, marring, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips, rust or surface rust;
  7. Water spots which are caused by hard water (mineral deposits) which are left to dry on the
    paint and leave a stain.
  8. Failed Clear Coat – Peeling, Hazing and Fading.
  9. Area’s that have not been retreated after a paint repair.
  10. Any loss of time or use of the vehicle while it undergoes inspection or treatments.
